Introduction

OrdoFi Labs Inc. (“Ordo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use the Ordo website, APIs, RPC infrastructure, SDKs, applications, and related services.

By using Ordo, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

When you contact us, request access, integrate with Ordo, or communicate with our team, we may collect information such as your name, email address, company or project name, wallet address, and any other information you choose to provide.

Information collected automatically

When you use our website or infrastructure, we may automatically collect technical information including IP address, browser type, device information, request metadata, timestamps, API usage, RPC activity, performance data, error logs, and interactions with our services.

We use this information to operate Ordo, monitor performance, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and secure our infrastructure.

Blockchain and transaction data

Ordo interacts with public blockchain networks. Transaction hashes, wallet addresses, smart-contract interactions, settlement events, and other blockchain activity may be publicly available and permanently recorded onchain.

Where transactions are routed through Ordo infrastructure, we may process transaction data as necessary to provide simulation, private execution, MEV auctions, settlement, and related services.

Searcher and application data

Applications and searchers interacting with Ordo may provide signed transactions, bids, execution metadata, wallet addresses, API requests, and other technical information required to operate the network.

We process this information only as necessary to provide, secure, analyze, and improve Ordo services.

How We Use Information

We may use collected information to operate and maintain Ordo, process transaction and auction activity, provide RPC and API services, perform transaction simulation and revert protection, facilitate MEV auctions and settlement, detect abuse or security threats, improve performance, provide support, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information.

Data Sharing

We may share information only where necessary to operate Ordo or where legally required.

Service providers — We may use infrastructure, hosting, analytics, security, communications, or other third-party providers. These providers may process information only to perform services on our behalf.

Blockchain networks — Information submitted to public blockchain networks may become publicly accessible and cannot generally be modified or deleted by Ordo.

Legal requirements — We may disclose information when required by applicable law, regulation, court order, or governmental authority.

Business transfers — If OrdoFi Labs is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Transaction Privacy

Ordo is designed to reduce unnecessary exposure of transaction data during execution.

Where applicable, searchers receive redacted execution information rather than raw transaction calldata. However, Ordo cannot guarantee that blockchain transactions remain private after they are submitted to or confirmed by a public blockchain network.

Cookies

Our website may use cookies or similar technologies required for functionality, security, analytics, and remembering user preferences.

Where required by applicable law, we will request consent before using non-essential cookies.

Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information processed through Ordo.

However, no internet service, blockchain network, RPC infrastructure, or data storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate our services, meet security requirements, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.

Public blockchain data is not controlled by Ordo and may remain permanently available onchain.

Children

Ordo is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you believe a minor has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete that information.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Ordo evolves. Any changes will be published on this page together with an updated effective date.
